Steven Miller, the acting commissioner of the IRS, testified Tuesday before the Senate Finance Committee, denying that political partisanship played a part in that organization's close scrutiny of Tea Party groups. Since Miller's resignation last week, more questions have been asked than answered. This hour, we'll shed some light on this murky issue and find out what's important, and what's just bluster.
