One of the most prolific ransomware networks in the world got a taste of its own medicine recently after the FBI successfully hacked the hackers.
It's unclear how long the group's operations will be disrupted, but for now the FBI, along with its international partners have at a minimum been able to save victims an estimated $130 million in ransom payments.
