Last week, House Republicans passed a new set of governing rules for the chamber.
These rules will severely weaken the ability of the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) to investigate members of Congress suspected of wrongdoing.
We'll look at the history of the OCE and what these new rules mean going forward.
