All Sides with Ann Fisher - 1-16-2020 A - The Future of Ohio's Death Penalty

Play

The death penalty remains the law of the land in Ohio, but House Speaker Larry Householder says the law could be unenforceable if the state can't buy the drugs needed to administer lethal injections.
Ohio hasn't put anyone to death in 18 months, and the architect of the state's 1981 death penalty law says the state's last execution has likely already happened.

Prosecutors say the state shouldn't let the death penalty die completely.

Today on All Sides, the future of the death penalty in Ohio.
